The Senior System Administrator, Salesforce role is a full-time position based out of our Sofia, Bulgaria office. You will operate a division-wide, best in class CRM platform to support a growing business. An opportunity to play a crucial part in a project team supporting 8 distinct businesses on a single Salesforce org. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for supporting and improving the Salesforce instance. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with another Senior System Administrator as well as the wider Salesforce delivery team members. The primary focus will be supporting our end users and key stakeholders across the businesses we support (see below list).


- Ownership of our SFDC master reporting and dashboard creation for the Brands
- Establish trust and respect from the wider businesses and the project team.
- Establish a thorough understanding of business data model and internal data infrastructure/architecture as it relates to management of customer data.
- BAU system support across Salesforce across the divisional CRM platform, ensuring scalable and best practice solutions.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of development, configuration and customization of the platform.
- Utilise best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the platform.
- Participate in workshops with stakeholders to uncover requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance to the wider project.
- Take a lead role in supporting the BAU support infrastructure.
- Hands-on, where appropriate, to deliver development according to project plan.
- Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity by working with stakeholders to address process/data concerns.
- Help identify and resolve errors, define and enforce standards for data quality.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and key stakeholders to understand business goals to improve current processes.


- 3+ years Salesforce experience gained over complex projects across the full development lifecycle.
- Business analysis, process re-engineering & estimating.
- Certified Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience.
- Ideally Salesforce CPQ Experience or equivalent SaaS CPQ applications.
- Certified Certified Platform App Builder or equivalent experience.
- Experience with lightning, Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, Pardot, Marketo.
- Experience working with diverse, distributed large-scale and complex datasets.
- Experience with marketing and/or fulfilment processes.
- Experience in working on Finance System Integration Projects.
