The GLF is a key part of Delinian’s Telecoms and Technology’s strategy. The team has added several roles in the last 12 months including a dedicated marketing lead and a Senior Programme Manager. This role is a newly created position reflecting our ongoing expansion.

The GLF team is committed to keeping on top of industry trends, in part from speaking with both members and non-members to understand what is top of mind for companies in the industry. The ideal candidate will take also take an interest in understanding industry dynamics.

The GLF is a wraparound brand for our sister events brands under the Delinian Telecoms and Tech business, including ITW; Capacity Media; BroadGroup; and TowerXchange. Our event brands exist to convene different segments of the industry and the GLF provides cross-brand value creation through physical presence at many of these events. This also means you will have the opportunity for travel to meet clients at these events.


The ITW Global Leaders’ Forum (‘The GLF’) is looking for a membership manager to support new member growth and existing member retention.

The GLF exists to create networks that underpin future digital innovation based on the principles of interoperable, ubiquitous connectivity and value creation. We provide a single voice to the broad digital ecosystem and ensure alignment amongst international connectivity leaders for industry transformation. We’re looking for someone who can help drive this value proposition across the digital infrastructure industry.

This could be role for you if you’re interested in developing your career in a company currently investing in its people, processes, and customer offerings.



You will be responsible for acquiring new members and retaining existing members. In time, you will also help with developing sponsorship opportunities and growing member participation in our innovative Talent Accelerator Programme.

Day to day will require you to speak with prospective members to drive opportunities forward to completion and speak to existing members to secure membership renewals.

You will:

  • Deliver on targets for new member acquisition and existing member retention
  • Identify new opportunities for membership
  • Put together proposals and pitches for senior leaders in the telecoms industry
  • Engage with our Community Manager and current members to ensure members are maximising value from their membership
  • Engage with our programme managers to ensure you are up to date with the latest programmes, initiatives and outputs
  • Deliver accurate forecasts
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene
  • Attend industry events to meet current and prospective members
  • Ensure customer & market feedback is shared with relevant colleagues across the organisation
  • Introduce existing members to other GLF opportunities, including our Talent Accelerator Programme and sponsorship of GLF activities
  • Contribute to the overall direction of the GLF through collaboration with the GLF team & taking into consideration member feedback

  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
  • Desire to listen and learn
  • Understanding of the unique aspects of membership sales
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience working within member organisations, such as the GSMA, TM Forum, MEF or other relevant associations
