Reporters speak to senior executives at power and utility companies, investment bankers and fund and private equity managers on financing deals, mergers and acquisitions and project development at power companies, regulated utilities and alternative energy firms.      JOB PURPOSE The Events Director, IJGlobal will manage a portfolio worth several million pounds of revenues, generated by awards and conferences. This role will manage a full service team of sales, marketing, product and operations, to produce best-in-class infrastructure, energy and renewables events.   Awards, which take place in London, New York, Dubai and Singapore, reflect a rigorous methodology around deals and companies of the year.   Conferences are large-scale, industry-leading, with both delegate and spex revenues. Two events have been in the market for around 20 years.   The Events Director will be targeted on growing the portfolio and ensuring a healthy profit margin. They must have experience in large scale conferences, launching new conferences as well as managing awards.   The role will sit on the leadership team of IJGlobal. They will work closely with the Editorial Director and Sales Director (Subscriptions) to ensure that events are closely aligned with the data and content of IJGlobal’s subscriptions business, the mainstay of revenues.   The successful candidate will be a skilled events professional with proven ability to deliver against financial targets, build and manage successful teams and execute business plans. This role is to work as a key member of our large and extremely successful telecoms and technology event portfolio which runs large-scale events in five countries. JOB PURPOSE   The Customer Service Executive will have experience of working in a busy office environment and used to dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously. They will be responsible for offering a high level of customer service to our clients through emails and face to face. The Customer Service Executive will be working across all events to support building the registration pages, organise the registration flow and run the registration on site when required. In addition to customer service tasks, they will also work alongside finance to support with invoicing, credit noting and help with aged debt. The Customer Service Executive will work alongside every department within the company when assigned to working on events. Senior Account Manager- AirFinance Journal  – New York   Airfinance Journal (AFJ) has been serving global aviation finance professionals since 1979. As an Account Manager you will have responsibility for selling to a defined territory across North America. JOB PURPOSE     The Marketing Executive will play a key role in enabling us to expand our digital marketing capabilities across the Derivatives Business Unit In this role you will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with all marketers on the team, as well as collaborating with Sales, Technology and Editorial stakeholders. The primary objective of the marketing team is to accelerate demand generation for our products and improve the customer experience with our brands. The role touches on all areas of digital marketing, but has a focus on marketing automation and analytics. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES     Marketing Automation - Responsible for developing and executing marketing automation initiatives, to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build prospect/customer database. - Specifically, the role will include creating, testing and implementing a set of automated campaigns based on our customer’s personas, behaviours and life cycle. - Set-up and maintain effective tracking and attribution across Pardot and Salesforce, including lead scoring and grading. - Promote best-in-class marketing automation across our business unit, and equip marketers with resources and templates to be self-sufficient. - Support marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing. Marketing analytics and data  - Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team. - Work with marketers to develop reporting dashboards to provide stats across the business’ goals and marketing performance – e.g. campaign activity, website traffic, search visibility, social media and email. - Understand company policy and practices on customer data regulation (e.g. GDPR), and ensure data collection and processing by marketing is compliant with these regulations. Digital marketing campaigns - Set-up and management of digital advertising campaigns (LinkedIn / Google Ads) - Create landing pages for lead generation campaigns - Develop and update social media templates in Canva for the marketers to use. - Partner with brand marketers and Sales to develop processes to segment, score and transfer leads successfully - Propose and help deliver new digital marketing activities that increase customer acquisition and engagement SEO & MarTech - Support the implementation of SEO strategies, working in collaboration with Delinian’s SEO Manager and marketers for each brand - Support the implementation of new marketing tools and help on-board other marketers on the team KEY INTERFACES - Sales Teams - IT Director and Technology Team - Editors - Other Marketing team members  EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES  Experience & skills - Experience in a B2B digital marketing role, preferably within the professional or financial services industry - Strong experience using Pardot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM - Confident use of the following tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and DataStudio (reporting and analytics), Moz and/or Google Search Console (SEO), MS Excel and Powerpoint - Experience running paid campaigns across LinkedIn advertising and Google AdWords - Good understanding of SEO practices - Experience with website CMS and basic understanding of HTML and CSS Attributes - Analytically minded, able to analyse multiple data sets to surface useful insights - Highly organised, able to work to deadlines and multi-task - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - A great team player, with a natural ability to collaborate positively and demonstrate flexibility   ***************** About Delinian Delinian (formerly Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC) is a portfolio of highly specialised global businesses focused on critical insights. JOB PURPOSE    The customer service executive will be working on events and have experience of working in a busy office environment and used to dealing with multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
